What does this helpline provide for you and those you assist?

  • Direct, priority access to accredited energy advisors, trained to provide end-to-end support for any energy consumer issues.
  • Real-time access to non-public energy supplier customer support channels. ADS are the only organisation in Scotland with the ability to access these methods of support, helping to dramatically cut-down waiting times for you and your clients.
  • Comprehensive, holistic support across not just energy, but debt, welfare, housing, employment and general consumer issues.
  • Access to interpreter services for almost 300 languages and BSL translation to ensure accessibility for everyone.

    What information might you need before contacting us?

    Before contacting our partnership helpline, it might be useful to collect the following details from your client:

    • The name of their energy supplier,
    • The name of the account holder
    • The account number

     

    In order to help, our advisors will need to collect certain information from the people you support, to ensure that we deal with their case effectively. This information may include special category data. All interactions are handled with complete confidentiality. This information will be held in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations and Data Protection Act. Our Privacy Policies are accessible across all of our websites.
